Once Never Twice
1. General
Once Never Twice operates as a dress rental boutique, offering evening and bridal gowns for rental only. Dresses are not for sale unless stated in writing.
By renting or consigning a dress, all parties agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS
2. Rental Period
Dresses are rented for one (1) day, with a maximum of two (2) days if approved by the shop.
• Dresses must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
3. Fittings & Adjustments
• Minor size or style adjustments may be done when possible and approved by the shop.
• Any alterations remain the property of Once Never Twice and/or the supplier.
4. Payments & Deposits
• A 50% deposit of the rental price is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance (full amount) must be paid on the rental due date before the dress is collected.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the dress is returned in acceptable condition.
• No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
5. Dress Care & Damage
• Dresses are professionally cleaned by Once Never Twice.
• The client is fully responsible for the dress during the rental period.
• Any damage, stains, or loss will be charged according to the shop’s damage policy.

SUPPLIER (CONSIGNMENT) TERMS & CONDITIONS
6. Consignment Duration
• Dresses are accepted on a fixed consignment period of one (1) year.
• During this period, the dress remains exclusively available at Once Never Twice for rental.
7. Revenue Share
• The supplier receives 40% of the rental price for each completed rental.
• Supplier payments are processed according to Once Never Twice’s internal payment schedule.
8. Rental Management
• Rental duration to clients is one (1) day, with a maximum of two (2) days.
• Once Never Twice manages fittings, bookings, cleaning, marketing, and client communication.
9. Dress Care & Responsibility
• Dresses are handled with professional care and cleaned after each rental.
• Normal wear is expected.
• Any major damage or loss will be handled according to the consignment agreement.
10. Withdrawal & Modifications
• Dresses may not be withdrawn before the end of the one-year consignment period without mutual written consent.
• Any amendments to the agreement must be approved by both parties.
